Stewart was able to work with us to determine a laundry list of must haves for a new home search. Once that happened, he provided multiple listings in the areas of interest, booked many showings, and was happy to point out some things that may need work but weren’t readily noticeable. When we ultimately found our new home, he was actually able to get advanced viewing of the property prior to it hitting the market, helped produce a meaningful offer, and worked with the selling agent to negotiate closing dates that were convenient for our current sale.

With the sale of our home, Stewart had a professional photographer come in to take an amazing video/photos that really did justice to the home and presented it beautifully. He coordinated a few showings while being cognizant of the needs of our family and availability. In the end he helped negotiate a closing date that was perfect to allow for some moving time, along with an offer above asking!
