Stewart Blair hails from the vibrant city of Glasgow, but he is now proud and grateful to consider London, Ontario, as the place he truly belongs to and calls home.
Family:
Beside him, every step of the way, is his wife, Rebecca. She’s been shaping young minds for years as an adept elementary school teacher. Soon, she’s poised to embark on a new chapter in her teaching career, transitioning to Saunders high school level within the Thames Valley District School Board.
Together, Stewart and Rebecca have been blessed with three wonderful children. Their energetic son, Elliot, whose birth in 2010 brought immense joy to their lives, is a constant source of pride. A few years later, in 2015, they welcomed a pair of lovely twins into their family – the delightful Isla and the charming Leighton.
In The Community:
Professionally, Stewart is actively involved in his community. He presently holds a position on a committee at The London Club. Additionally, he’s a proud member of the Oakridge Optimists, further reflecting his dedication to community service and engagement.
Stewart also volunteers at the McCormick Home with his dog Hamish. Hamish is a sheepadoodle who brings comfort and fun to McCorkmick’s day program visitors.
On the athletic front, soccer holds a special place in Stewart’s heart. He passionately plays for the London Scottish FC, channelling his energy and love for the game whenever he’s on the field.
Adding to his accomplishments, Stewart is an MBA graduate focusing on strategic leadership, marketing, and data-driven decision making through Colorado State University.
His focus is sharp and defined: diving deep into subjects like ethics, marketing, and carving out the most effective business strategies.
